Alexandra Groome Klement

Alexandra Groome Klement is an experienced operations and program management professional, currently serving as Director of Operations & Programs at nRhythm since September 2018. Previously, Alexandra held the position of Operations Manager at nRhythm and worked as Program Manager at Grow Ahead from April 2017 to November 2018. Alexandra has also gained substantial experience at Regeneration International as Program Coordinator and Campaign and Event Coordinator, and at Urban Barns Foods as Inside Sales Associate & Customer Development. Early in the career, Alexandra held roles within the Association for Progressive Communications, including Executive Assistant and Program Associate. Alexandra began the career as an intern in the Communications and Information Policy Programme at the World Wide Web Foundation, later becoming Web We Want Small Grants Coordinator. Alexandra earned a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Environmental Studies and Geography from Queen's University and has attended Neuchâtel Junior College and Canadian College of Italy.
