Ryan C. Carlson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent position was as the Director of Customer Success at NRT Technology Corp., where they started in March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. for ten years, holding various roles. As the Senior Manager of Enterprise Operational Finance, they supervised a team and managed business initiatives, contracts, and product implementations. Ryan C. also served as the Manager of Enterprise Operational Finance, where they advised teams on accounting and financial services. Earlier in their career, Ryan worked at Wells Fargo, where they held positions such as Merchant Payment Solutions - Business Sales Consultant, Assistant Manager, and Management Trainee, gaining experience in sales, management, and customer service.

Ryan C. Carlson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management, Marketing, and Information Systems from the University of Montana, where they attended from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including an Occupational License from the Indiana Gaming Commission in 2019, a Critical Thinking certification from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in June 2018, a Gaming Employee License from the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Commission in 2014, a Gaming Employee Registration from the Nevada Gaming Control Board in 2010, a Mortgage Broker Agent License from the Nevada Division of Mortgage Lending in 2004, a Resident Motor Club Agent certification from the Nevada Division of Insurance in 2004, a Resident Producer certification from the Nevada Division of Insurance in 2004, and a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from VMEdu Inc. in August 2019.
