Amanda Yap

Amanda Yap is an experienced professional in organizational culture and employee experience, currently leading initiatives at NS BlueScope since November 2022. With a strong background in talent strategy, Amanda contributed to Mercer as a Senior Talent Strategy Consultant from July 2021 to November 2022, focusing on employee engagement in the Asia Pacific region. Previously, as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at ST Engineering, Amanda led efforts in diversity and inclusion, employee experience, and employer branding. Amanda's career began at Willis Towers Watson in various roles, culminating in a Practice Leader position in Employee Insights, where strategic initiatives for talent management and employee engagement were developed. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree with Honours in Economics from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
