Rashied Safiyuddeen

Rashied Safiyuddeen currently serves as the Regional Risk Manager for ASEAN and North America at NS BlueScope, focusing on the implementation and enhancement of an integrated risk management framework since September 2023. Prior to this, Rashied held various positions at NGC Energy LLC, including Head of Governance, Risk & Controls, where responsibilities included developing strategies for internal controls, enterprise risk management, business continuity planning, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Previous experience also includes roles at Shell Oil Company in operations management and project management, as well as corporate finance at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad. Rashied holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a background from Harrow School.
