Isaac Onigman

Technical Team Lead - Customer Success at NS1

Isaac Onigman has extensive work experience in the tech industry, primarily in customer success and engineering roles. Isaac worked at NS1 from 2017 to present, starting as a Customer Success Engineer and eventually becoming a Technical Team Lead. At NS1, Isaac provided support for DNS and managed DNS platforms, created migration tools, and mentored team members. Prior to NS1, Isaac worked as a Sales Engineer at ControlAir, Inc. from 2015 to 2016, providing support to customers and distributors. Isaac also worked as a Support Engineer at Intelitek from 2012 to 2015, responsible for QA, customer support, and equipment repairs. Isaac has also held adjunct professor roles at Community College System of New Hampshire and the University of New Hampshire, where they taught robotics and spearheaded a new robotics class. Isaac has prior experience in systems administration at Dyn Inc and technical support at Single Digits, Inc. Isaac began their career as a Process Engineer at Aeroflex/Metelics and completed a co-op role at GE Global Research in semiconductor processing.

Isaac Onigman completed their high school education at Manchester High School West in 1998. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Microelectronic Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating in 2008.
