VP Global Customer & Revenue Operations at NS1

Stephen Higgins has a wealth of experience in customer success and professional services roles. Stephen is currently serving as the VP Global Customer & Revenue Operations at NS1, where they are responsible for managing customer and revenue operations on a global scale. Prior to that, Stephen held the position of Global Head of Professional Services at NS1, where they oversaw professional services for the organization.

Before joining NS1, Stephen worked at Garnet River as a Member of the Board of Advisors. In this role, they provided guidance and assistance to the executive team on new GTM endeavors.

Stephen also has a significant tenure at UiPath, where they held the position of Chief of Staff & VP Global Professional Services, Ops, and Partner Enablement. During their time at UiPath, Stephen played a key role in transforming the customer journey and GTM for strategic customers and partners, resulting in improved ARR growth. Stephen was responsible for building and leading a global professional services practice and partner delivery enablement teams.

Prior to UiPath, Stephen worked at Nutanix as the VP Services & Customer Solutions, where they significantly improved revenue and customer satisfaction through the re-shaping of the Professional Services organization. Stephen focused on creating a culture of trusted advisors and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

At Onapsis Inc., Stephen served as the SVP Customer Success, Services, and Solutions (Chief Customer Officer). In this role, they achieved high renewal rates and customer satisfaction scores by implementing an integrated Customer Success organization.

Before joining Onapsis Inc., Stephen worked at Sophos, where they held the position of VP Global Professional Services. Stephen initiated and transformed the Professional Services organization into a successful Customer Success team, reducing churn and increasing revenue. Prior to Sophos, Stephen was the EVP - WW Professional Services at Utimaco Safeware AG, where they established a global Professional Services organization.

Stephen's career in the industry began at EMC, where they worked as a Director.

Stephen Higgins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Stephen has also obtained a certification in COVID-19 Contact Tracing from Johns Hopkins University through Coursera in 2020.
