Truls Middelhuis

Truls Middelhuis has extensive experience in IT support and operations, currently serving as First Line Support and Enterprise Support at nShift since January 2021, where responsibilities include software and IT support via ticketing and phone, alongside managing key customers. Prior to this, Truls worked at Telia as an IT Operations Engineer, responsible for monitoring TV channels and network functions, and handled documentation and service-oriented tasks. Truls also provided IT support at Utdanningsdirektoratet and Skedsmo kommune, focusing on both local and external support. Truls began a career in customer service at Coop Norge and holds educational qualifications in ICT and Service and Transport from Rælingen videregående skole.
