Umar Khaliq has a strong background in tax, with experience working in various companies such as NSK Europe, Maersk Line, and Telefónica Europe Plc. With expertise in UK corporate tax compliance, advisory, cash repatriation planning, group restructuring, and providing ad hoc tax advice, Umar has demonstrated their skills in the field over the years. Beginning their career as a Tax Assistant at KPMG LLP, Umar has steadily progressed to roles such as Tax Assistant Manager and Senior Manager International Tax before assuming the position of Head of Tax at NSK Europe. Graduating from the University of Birmingham with a degree in Economics in 2004, Umar has a strong educational foundation to complement their professional experience.
