Dean Hartley

Dean Hartley is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and contracting. Currently serving as Contract Manager and Estimator at NSS since March 2021, Dean previously held the position of Project Manager at HCL Safety from May 2013 to May 2016. Prior to this, Dean worked as a Supervisor at AERO INSTALLATIONS (MIDLAND) from September 2007 to May 2013 and at Horizon International from September 2004 to October 2005. Dean's diverse experience in various supervisory and managerial roles has equipped Dean with valuable skills in project execution and contract management.
