Libby Pritchard has extensive experience in various industries, primarily focused on occupational health, safety, and sustainability. Libby served as the Director of Occupational Health, Safety & Sustainability at the National Stone, Sand & Gravel Association (NSSGA), where they organized meetings, webinars, and events addressing health and safety issues for over 250 members across the United States. Libby also advocated for the interests of NSSGA members on safety-related legislative and regulatory matters. Additionally, they provided technical assistance to aggregates and industry members on safety plan development, training, compliance, and regulations.

Libby Pritchard founded and owned Phase Vision, where they facilitated conflict resolution and communication workshops, mediated interpersonal and business conflicts, and conducted listening sessions for government agencies and universities.

Libby also worked as the Director of Construction Materials Safety Policy at the Portland Cement Association (PCA), where they performed similar tasks as their role at NSSGA, but specifically for cement industry members.

Prior to these roles, Libby Pritchard worked at the National Science Foundation (NSF) as a Science Assistant/Social Scientist, evaluating NSF programs and writing briefs about funded projects for Congress. Libby also served as the Environmental Services and Land Use Coordinator at the Wildish Group of Companies, managing land accounts and overseeing environment, health, and safety permits.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Head Volleyball Coach at Portland Christian Schools, a Remote Sensing Field Technician at Quantum Spatial, and a Teaching Assistant at Oregon State University, where they wrote white papers, conducted research, and built a website related to well water.

Libby Pritchard's work experience also includes roles as a Student Assistant at the Institute for Water and Watersheds (IWW) and a Volleyball Coach at BOSS Volleyball Club. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in their field and a strong commitment to promoting safety and sustainability.

Libby Pritchard completed their education with a Master's Degree in Water Policy & Management and Geography (Double MS) from Oregon State University. Libby attended Oregon State University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to their Master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Environmental Science from Juniata College, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. In 2008, they attended Santa Clara University without earning a degree during their tenure from 2008 to 2010. Libby Pritchard completed their high school education at Oregon Episcopal School from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, such as Corporate Sustainability Management from the Executive Education at the Yale School of Management in 2023, Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in 2021, HAZWOPER 40 from the US DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OSHA in 2019, and Certified Miner in 2017. Libby also obtained a Mediator certification from Oregon State University in 2016.
