Mayara Rabelo

Mayara Rabelo is currently the Chief of Staff to the CTO at nstech, where they assist in tech strategy development and manage the technology budget and P&L. They lead various tech initiatives and support multiple Single-Threaded Owners in structuring their areas. Previously, Mayara worked at Porsche Consulting as a Consultant, overseeing project planning and execution across multiple countries while focusing on operational excellence and process optimization. They began their career in venture capital and held roles in quality management and human resources during their education at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Mayara also studied Industrial Engineering at Universitat Politècnica de València.
