Service Experience Design Lead at NSW Department of Education

Anna A. has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Anna began their career as a Systems Analyst at Commonwealth Bank of Australia in 2009. Anna then worked as a Product Analyst at Metcash from 2010 to 2012. Anna later joined NSW Office of State Revenue, where they held the positions of Business Analyst, Portfolio Analyst - Development, Assistant Director of Customer Experience, and Senior Project Manager. During their time at NSW Office of State Revenue, Anna successfully led and managed critical projects, implemented business improvement frameworks, developed change control processes, and implemented organizational realignment projects. In 2019, Anna joined Citi as a Senior Customer Experience Manager (VP) and was responsible for managing customer experience initiatives. Anna then moved to Hearing Australia in 2020, where they served as a CX Design Manager. Currently, Anna works at NSW Department of Education as a Service Experience Design Lead.

Anna A. attended the University of Sydney from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business Information Systems. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. These include being accredited by IDC with the CEO Award for Impact from Citi in August 2020, being a Certified Customer Experience Professional from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in January 2018, and being a Design Sprint graduate from Design Sprint School. Anna A. has also completed the PRINCE2 Agile™ Foundation & Practitioner program offered by PM-Partners group.
