David S. Blair

David S. Blair has over 50 years of work experience. David S. began their career in 1969 as a Damage Control personnel in the United States Coast Guard, where they served until 1973. In the same year, they founded their own company called Blair & Sons Co., Inc., where they held the position of Owner for over five decades until 2022. In 2016, they joined NTC Mazzuca Contracting, Inc. as Vice President Healthcare and Special Projects.

David S. Blair attended The John Carroll School from 1966 to 1969. After completing high school, they enrolled at the Community College of Baltimore from 1969 to 1971. David S. obtained additional certifications, including Procore Certified: Project Manager (Quality & Safety), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management), Procore Certified: Project Manager at GC (Preconstruction), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Core Tools), and Procore Certified: Project Manager at GC (Workforce Planning). These certifications were obtained from Procore Technologies in 2023.
