Flavia Cordeiro

Flavia Cordeiro has held various roles in the corporate world since 2002. Flavia began as a Case Manager at Henderson Mental Health Center, followed by Recruiter at The Executive Tree in 2006. In 2013, they became an English Teacher and Stand-by at Cultura Inglesa S/A. In 2015, they took on the role of Communications Specialist at Asap/Pro. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Remote English Teacher at BlingABC, and is currently a Talent Acquisition Associate at BairesDev, where they evaluate and reviews applicants' qualifications, skill, and experience vs role requirements, and recruits mostly technical profiles located in LATAM for US-based and internal clients.

Flavia Cordeiro is currently studying for a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Strategic Project Management and Agile Methodologies at Descomplica Faculdade Digital. Prior to this, they obtained a Licentiate degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Centro Universitário Braz Cubas between 2018 and 2020. Flavia also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2003, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Vila Velha - UVV, which they obtained between 2009 and 2014.
