Renan Camarov

Renan Camarov has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Renan began their career as a Trainee at ESSOR SEGUROS S.A, followed by an Operations Assistant role. Renan then completed an Internship in Business Administration. In 2019, they worked as a Planning Analyst at Havaianas Store and as a Marketing and Business Development Intern at Engie. Since 2020, they have been employed at Bairesdev as an IT Recruiter, where they are responsible for facilitating candidate sourcing, conducting cold calling, interviewing candidates, analysing performance, and scheduling technical interviews. Renan is also an expert in QA hunting with experience in BPM or Karate DSL framework. In 2022, they will begin a new role as a Tech Recruiter at NTConsult.

Renan Camarov obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UERJ between 2013 and 2018. In 2017, they attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro to gain a Microsoft Excel certification. In 2016, they received a Certificação Técnica Análise de Sinistros Auto from Escola de Negócios e Seguros in the field of Regulação de sinistros Automóvel. Additionally, they attended Cultura Inglesa between 2011 and 2016.
