Esther Udeaja has a diverse work experience in various roles. Esther started their career as a Health and Safety Officer at Benchico Auto Supply Company, where they implemented safety procedures and developed policy guidelines for handling equipment and machineries. Esther then worked as a Laboratory Assistant at the 563 Nigerian Airforce Hospital Jos and later at the Government House Clinic, Ebonyi State, where they conducted laboratory tests and complied with health and safety regulations. Esther also gained administrative expertise as an Administrative Officer at Dunking Consult Ltd, where they handled financial and administrative reports and managed office supplies. Currently, they are working at ntel as a Retail Sales Executive, responsible for customer service and sales, as well as a Health and Safety Specialist, ensuring compliance with company policies. Esther holds certifications in UK-HSE, Nebosh IGC, and First Aid.

Esther Udeaja completed their Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at Caritas University from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications. Esther obtained the Nebosh International General Certificate from NEBOSH in April 2020. Esther also completed the Basic First Aid certification from Novelle Center in May 2019. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Environmental Impact Assessment from Novelle Center and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in May 2019 and March 2019 respectively.
