Harriman Manuwa has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Harriman began their career as an Assistant Lecturer at Ramat Polytechnic in 1992. Harriman then transitioned to the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), where they held various roles including Area Commander, Principal Staff Officer, and Assistant State Commander. In their positions at NDLEA, they were responsible for coordinating operations, intelligence, investigation, training, public affairs, and administration. In 2016, they joined ntel as the Regional Security Coordinator, South, where they implemented and enforced company policies and procedures, provided security to company sites and personnel, and protected against threats from terrorism and criminal elements.

Harriman Manuwa's education history begins in 1988 when they attended the University of Port Harcourt and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry in 1992. Harriman then furthered their education at the same university from 1997 to 2003, earning a Master of Science degree in Mineral Processing/Chemical Metallurgy. Finally, from 2016 to 2021, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Environmental Chemistry at the Rivers State University of Science and Technology.
