Monika Banaszek

Monika Banaszek has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Monika started their career at the Ministry of State Treasury, where they served as a Finance Clerk and Inspector, overseeing privatization contracts for companies like PKO BP and PLL LOT. Monika then moved on to JAKOMEX Sp. z o.o., where they managed the financial aspects of a trading company, including creating and developing account plans and collaborating with banks and auditors. Monika later joined Plast Service Pack Konrad Rumiński, a manufacturing company, as Head Accountant, overseeing all financial and HR matters and managing a team of around 200 employees. Monika also served as the Head of the Accounting Department at Telekomunikacja Novum S.A (now NOVUM S.A.), where they were responsible for managing the department, planning and implementing new business projects, and collaborating with the Controlling Department and the CFO. Prior to that, Monika worked as a Head Accountant at B.B. B and as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Zaklady Tluszczowe Kruszwica SA. Their most recent role was at NTFY - Nice To Fit You, where they served as the Head Accountant, overseeing the overall HR and financial policies of the company and its related entities and building accounting, HR, and administrative departments. Throughout their career, Monika has gained extensive experience in financial management, HR, and project coordination.

Monika Banaszek completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2007. Prior to that, they pursued a postgraduate course in "Finanse i Rachunkowość Przedsiębiorstw" (Finance and Accounting) from the same institution, which they completed in 2006.

Before attending SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Monika Banaszek obtained their Magister (Mgr) degree in Economics, specializing in "Finanse i Rachunkowość" (Finance and Accounting), from Prywatna Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu i Administracji w Warszawie (Private Higher School of Business and Administration in Warsaw) between 1995 and 2000.

Monika Banaszek has also acquired several additional certifications. These include "Konsolidacja Sprawozdań Finansowych" (Consolidation of Financial Statements) from Centrum Edukacji PIBR in March 2023, "Kontroler Finansowy" (Financial Controller) from Centrum Szkoleniowe FRR Sp. z o.o. in July 2021, "Accounting Foundations: Budgeting" from LinkedIn in May 2020, and "Change Management for Projects" from LinkedIn in May 2020.

Furthermore, they obtained the "Certyfikat Ministerstwa Finansów uprawniający do usługowego prowadzenia ksiąg rachunkowych" (Certificate of the Ministry of Finance entitling to provide accounting services) from the Ministry of Finance, Cabinet of the Minister, in August 2005.

Monika Banaszek holds a "First Certificate in English" from the University of Cambridge, obtained in August 2005. Additionally, they were awarded the "Dyplom Ministra Skarbu Państwa dla kandydatów na członków rad nadzorczych" (Diploma of the Minister of State Treasury for candidates for supervisory board members) by the Ministerstwo Skarbu Państwa (Ministry of State Treasury) in May 1999.
