Marija Ivan is a Junior Customer Service Specialist at NTH Mobile, a role held since April 2014, where responsibilities include managing customer care issues through various communication channels, translating content, notifying parties about changes in contracts, and implementing management tasks. Marija's experience is supported by a Master's degree in Romanian Language and Literature from the Faculty of Philology, Belgrade, obtained in 2014.
