Craig Johnson

Craig Johnson has diverse work experience in the energy industry, spanning multiple roles and companies. Craig is currently a Strategic Market Executive and Senior Project Manager/Director at NTH Consultants, Ltd. In their previous role at Alliant Energy, they served as a Senior Operations Manager and Plant Manager, overseeing solar development, gas and electric operations, and O&M management for a utility-scale solar portfolio. Prior to that, at Black Hills Corporation, Craig was the Director of Gas Operations, responsible for the safe and reliable delivery of natural gas, employee development, and customer service. Craig also held various leadership positions at Consumers Energy, including Director of Gas Storage and Manager of Gas Compression and Storage Operations, where they contributed to industry standards and received accolades from the American Gas Association. Additionally, Craig served as the Chairman of the Underground Storage Committee at the American Gas Association, representing a significant portion of storage assets/operators in the US. Earlier in their career, they played a key role in developing geophysics and sub-surface utility engineering at NTH Consultants, Ltd. Craig Johnson's experience showcases their expertise in leadership, strategic planning, operations, and industry collaboration.
