Jerry Chaparro

Jerry Chaparro is an experienced professional in Quality Assurance and Product Implementation, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at FinThrive since March 2017. In this role, Jerry strengthens quality assurance processes and enhances productivity across multiple product lines while mentoring colleagues in their professional development. Prior to FinThrive, Jerry worked at MedAssets as a Product Implementation Consultant, focusing on the implementation of products to improve revenue cycles for clients, and previously held the position of Project Manager. Jerry's career also includes significant experience at Nortel, where responsibilities ranged from direct customer support for major field issues in GSM/UMTS networks to managing product testing and program management related to legacy product testing. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
