Steve Earls

As VP of Information Security Strategy, Steve is responsible for leading Ntrepid’s cybersecurity business strategy. Prior to joining Ntrepid, Steve led transformational initiatives across three Fortune 250 organizations, leveraging a diverse portfolio of experiences. He designed a more efficient application delivery and computing model and led a global strategic effort to improve product quality at Trane / American Standard. Later, he developed the Cyber Risk Assessment Framework utilized at Alltel Communications and Verizon Wireless, to better quantify cybersecurity risk associated with strategic initiatives.

Steve served as the Cybersecurity Architect at the Central Intelligence Agency. Most recently, he was the SVP over Information Security Strategy at Fifth Third Bank. Steve holds a Master of Business Administration from Regis University. He attended the Advanced Security Training Program at Villanova University and holds many technology and business-related certifications. Steve is a member of the FBI’s InfraGard program and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
