Anna Timoshenko has a diverse work experience starting from being a Junior Researcher at the European University at St. Petersburg in 2015, then becoming a Graduate Student Researcher in 2018. Anna worked as a Teaching Assistant for an introductory course in Statistics at the same university from 2021 to 2022. In 2019, they embarked on a career transition during their maternity leave and completed a Data Analytics Training Program. Anna worked as an independent contractor during this period, focusing on data collection, aggregation, analysis, and visualization, with a specific project involving natural language processing. Anna then joined the Center for Advanced Governance (CAG) in 2021 as a Data Analyst. Anna worked on various projects, including database development, data analysis, dashboard building, and data cleaning. Anna also provided recommendations for data quality issues and implemented data pipelines. Anna's most recent role is as a Data Quality Engineer at Ntropy since 2023.

Anna Timoshenko has a diverse education history. Anna pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Bard College and also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Saint Petersburg State University in 2005. Anna further expanded their data analysis skills by obtaining certifications such as SQL Window Functions from Stepik in 2022 and Data Analyst Simulator from karpov.courses in the same year. Additionally, they attended the Data Science Summer School of 2022 at the Hertie School Data Science Lab. Recently, in 2022, they also completed a Piscine (C programming bootcamp) from 42 Wolfsburg.
