Bianka Adelfinger

Bianka Hofbauer Adelfinger is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a strong background in recruiting for prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for NTT DATA in the DACH region, Bianka has held key positions such as Leitung Recruiting Field at Korian Deutschland and Head of Recruiting at Küchen Quelle. Prior experience includes leadership roles in talent acquisition at Siemens AG, where Bianka was Teamlead of Executive and Expert Search as well as Head of the Energy Recruiting Center, along with earlier positions as Senior Recruiting Manager and Recruiting Manager.
