John Polmonari

John Polmonari is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service platform innovation and operations, currently serving as the Director of Service Platform Innovation & Operations at NTT Ltd. since September 2017. With a strong focus on automation and innovative technologies, John has successfully instilled a DevOps culture to enhance platform-enabled services. Previously, John held several key positions at Dimension Data, where responsibilities included establishing a Service Management function and optimizing service delivery through standardization and continual improvement. John's career began at Comm-Tract, where leadership roles in service design and engineering paved the way for a robust telecommunications background. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is a SAFe Certified Agilist from the Lean Agile Institute.
