Chi Wee Ng

Chi Wee Ng has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Starting from 2005, they worked as a Programmer at Accenture, where they developed software using Java and Oracle Database Systems. In 2005, they also joined Singtel as an IT Analyst, where they assisted the Project Manager and managed various aspects of software development. Chi Wee then moved on to Prudential Services Singapore in 2010, where they worked as a Senior Business Analyst, leading application delivery for operational enhancements and projects. In 2014, Chi Wee Ng joined Prudential Assurance Company Singapore as a Manager, and later as an Operations Excellence Program Manager. Chi Wee was responsible for driving application delivery and managing project teams. In 2020, they joined Income as a Deputy Vice President, leading the Business Process Reengineering Center of Excellence. Chi Wee later became the Deputy Vice President and then the Vice President, heading the Business Excellence team.

Chi Wee Ng completed a Bachelor of Computing with Merit in Information Technology at the National University of Singapore from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, Chi Wee Ng obtained various certifications, including a Digital Transformation Masterclass from Hyper Island in 2023, a CDI Programme from The Digital Insurer PTE Ltd in 2022, and a Facilitating Innovation and Leading Change certification from SMU Academy in 2021. Other certifications include Communicating Business Analytics Results from Coursera and Influence People with Persuasion Psychology from Udemy in 2020, Squared Online (a digital marketing course developed by Google) in 2017, FLMI Level 1: Insurance Fundamentals from LOMA in 2015, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2012.
