Irene Tan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Irene started their career at Singtel in 2000, where they served as a Senior Marketing Executive and Assistant Manager, responsible for conceptualizing and organizing events, managing vendors, and overseeing logistics. Irene also handled direct marketing campaigns, segmentation of databases, and conducted demonstration sessions.
After working at Singtel, Irene joined Nexwave Technologies as an Assistant Product Marketing Manager from 2005 to 2007. Irene then moved to NTUC LearningHub, where they served as an Assistant Marketing Manager, developing marketing collaterals, copywriting, and updating website content for training programs.
In 2010, Irene joined Income as a Senior Executive Product Marketing and later held positions as Assistant Product Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager. Irene managed and developed marketing plans for insurance products, implemented digital strategies, and grew the customer base.
In 2019, Irene became the Head of Segment Marketing at Income, where they established key segments, launched campaigns, and redefined segment attributes and content strategies.
Most recently, Irene has taken on the role of Head of Product Marketing for Life, Health & General Insurance at Income, leading a team and strategizing marketing plans to drive awareness and key initiatives for insurance products.
