Mar Hernandez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership consulting and sales across various industries. As Co-Founder of NU Advisory Partners since March 2023, Hernandez leads an AI and tech-driven executive search and advisory firm that addresses complex people challenges. Previously, Hernandez served as an Executive Search and Leadership Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates, focusing on C-Suite recruitment across multiple sectors. Hernandez has held senior roles at TRANSEARCH, Amicorp BPO, MphasiS, TeleTech, and McCann, contributing significantly to business development, sales, and marketing efforts.
