Arthur Vilela

Arthur Vilela is a Principal at Nubank, leading governance across Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Arthur oversees various Talent projects and is a key member of the Talent Leadership Team. Prior to this, Arthur held roles in HR Business Partnering at Huawei and as a Summer Intern in Credit Research at Banco BOCOM BBM. Arthur holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
