Gustavo Rates is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in visual design and art direction. Currently serving as the Creative / Visual Design Lead at Nubank since July 2021, Gustavo previously held roles as Senior Creative Designer at the same company and as Art Director / Designer at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide from July 2017 to May 2021. Earlier experience includes positions at Wieden + Kennedy, Young & Rubicam, DM9DDB, and Abril, showcasing a solid background in design from March 2006 to November 2016.
