KJ Williams

KJ Williams is currently the Global Head of People Rewards and Global Head of Compensation at Nubank. Prior to this role, KJ held various compensation-related positions at Uber from 2015 to 2021, including Head of International Compensation and Senior Compensation Manager. KJ also worked as a Senior Consultant at Mercer and as a Research Data Analyst at UC Berkeley, focusing on research related to Human Factors & Motivation. KJ holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
