KJ Williams

KJ Williams is the Global Head of People Rewards at Nubank. Prior to joining Nubank, KJ was the Head of International Compensation at Uber, where they were responsible for job evaluation and leveling, implementation of new performance management systems, and facilitation of board assessment of CEO performance.

Before Uber, KJ worked as a Senior Consultant at Mercer, where they evaluated executive and broad-based compensation and benefits at companies to ensure programs reward performance, support retention and remain competitive.

KJ has a long history of working with boards of directors to design annual incentive programs and performance-based share plans. KJ is also experienced in creating feedback loops to evaluate employee engagement and identify areas for organizational improvement.

KJ Williams has a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from University of California, Berkeley.
