Sean Bell

Sean Bell possesses over two decades of experience in product design and user experience across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Design at Nubank since July 2021, Sean previously held significant roles at Amazon, including Global Head of Kindle Reading Experience and Global Head of Product Design, Research, and Design Tech - Search. Prior to Amazon, Sean was Director of Enterprise Design & UX at Capital One and VP of Customer Experience at Dell Technologies. As a founding partner at Bright Boy Labs, Sean led Design & UX from 2010 to 2012. Earlier career positions include Director roles at RightNow and Adventure Central, and Creative Director at Komyo Studios. Sean also contributed to education as an Adjunct Faculty member at Rocky Mountain College of Art & Design. Sean holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Illustration from Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design.
