Claudio Javier Campana has had a long and varied career in customer support. In 1996, they began working as a Customer Support Analyst for Taxi Ezeiza Oficial, where they were responsible for Ezeiza Airport Passenger Transport Service, cashier duties, continuous billing, and direct customer service. Two years later, they moved to ByT Argentina as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, providing assistance and attention to foreign tourists and managing and loading data to the operation system. In 2002, they became a Bilingual Superior Cashier for Global Exchange, where they handled traveler's checks and more than 40 foreign currencies, as well as detecting counterfeit bills and counting cash. Claudio Javier also provided assistance in ticket management and reporting tasks, and acted as a Jr Network Administrator. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Nubity as an Operations Customer Support CAC.

Claudio Javier Campana has a comprehensive educational background. Claudio Javier obtained a First Certificate in English as a Foreign Language from Instituto Cambridge between 1996 and 2000. Claudio Javier then earned a Licenciatura en Administracion de Empresas in Contabilidad y Gestión Empresarial from Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora between 1998 and 2000.
