Ricardo Trotti

Ricardo Trotti has over thirty years of experience in the finance and technology industries. Ricardo began their career in 1989 as a Product Development Senior Officer at Banco Santander Rio, where they managed the development of products for the enterprise market with a focus on online banking. In 1997, they joined BNL Argentina as a Transaction Banking & Cash Management Manager and Corporate Unit Manager. In 2003, they moved to BNL do Brasil as a Strategy Consultant, working on business development and project management for the bank's senior management. In 2004, they joined Banco Comafi - Argentina as Business Development Head, responsible for the IT portfolio of four strategic units, ensuring that projects align with the technology that best provides maximum return on investment. In 2009, they worked as a Business Consultant, followed by a stint as a Project Manager at IAAP in 2012. From 2012 to 2020, they worked at Itaú Argentina as IT Portfolio Management & Testing Head and Relationship Manager, where they were also a key role in the Digital Transformation and Agile Methodology adoption team. In 2020, they joined Practia Global as Service Delivery Head, responsible for leading a team of agile coaches focused on digital and cultural transformation processes. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Nubity.

Ricardo Trotti completed an Executive Program in Business Administration and Management, General at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2016. In 2007, they completed a Postgraduate course on Corporate Management Skills at UADE in Business Administration. From 1997 to 2000, they completed a degree in Marketing & Business Administration at Universidad Centro de Altos Estudios en Ciencias Exactas.
