Meredith Land (She/Her) has held a variety of roles over the course of their career, beginning with an Assistant Store Manager at J.Crew (2008) and American Eagle Outfitters (2010). Meredith then transitioned to Fossil Group, Inc. in 2010, where they first held the role of Account Executive for Fossil Specialty Sales Watches before increasing responsibilities as an Associate Account Executive for Fossil Specialty Sales Watches, then Account Executive for Fossil Specialty Sales Women's & Men's Leather Goods. In 2017, Land achieved 26% growth across 3 national department store accounts with a combined shipment of 12.4M.
Land then left Fossil Group in 2018 to join Booster Fuels as a Senior Program Manager for Operations Excellence. During their time at Booster Fuels, they further increased their responsibilities to include Senior Manager of Account Management, Senior Account Manager of Partner Growth, and Senior Account Executive of Fleet Sales. In their role as Senior Manager of Account Management, they synergized a cross-functional team to develop a new GTM pricing strategy to drive profitability, cultivated key relationships with external partners, and collaborated with executive leadership to shift organization initiatives in response to COVID-19. Furthermore, as Senior Account Manager of Partner Growth, they achieved a monthly quota for new user activations and drove 8K+ new users in less than 9 months, while in their Senior Account Executive of Fleet Sales role they navigated city regulations and permitting processes across several local jurisdictions. Meredith is currently the Director of Operations Excellence at NuBrakes, a role that they have held since 2022.
Meredith Land obtained their Bachelor of Science in Merchandising from the University of North Texas in 2008. Additionally, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training & Certification from GreyCampus in August 2022 and a Change Management for Projects certification from LinkedIn in October 2021.
