Meitar Gdalyahu

Meitar Gdalyahu has a diverse work experience. Most recently, they worked at Nucleai as a Talent Acquisition Partner, responsible for recruiting and sourcing candidates for pharmaceutical companies and clinicians. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Sourcer at Tonkean, where they specialized in sourcing and engaging diverse talent. They also worked as a Talent Acquisition Team Leader at PEAK-HR AS SERVICE, leading a team of six in hiring for various positions. Before transitioning into talent acquisition roles, Meitar worked as an Intelligence Analyst at the Ministry of Defence and Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200.

Meitar Gdalyahu completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Hadassah Academic College from 2020 to 2022. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at The College of Management Academic Studies from 2022 to 2024.

In addition to their academic achievements, Meitar obtained several certifications related to their field of expertise. Meitar completed Interviewing Techniques, Talent Sourcing, Interviewing a Job Candidate for Recruiters by Barbara Bruno, and Diversity Recruiting certifications from HRCI. These certifications were obtained between December 2022 and March 2023.
