Steven Bakhtiar

Steven Bakhtiar is an experienced professional in the field of nuclear radiochemistry and waste management, currently serving as the RH/CH Site Project Manager at Nuclear Waste Partnership, LLC, since August 2018. In this role, Steven ensures personnel compliance with State and Federal RCRA regulations for hazardous waste characterization. Previous positions include Radiological Engineer and Principal Scientist, providing technical support and scientific analysis at various organizations, including URS Corporation, U.S. Department of Energy, Idaho National Laboratory, and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Steven holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Radiochemistry from the University of Arkansas.
