Caroline MacDonald

Caroline Macdonald has extensive experience in internal communications, with roles in various companies. Caroline currently works as the Head of Internal Communications at Nucleus Financial since 2022. Previously, they held the position of Head of Internal Communications for Northern & Central Europe at Capgemini from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Internal Communications Business Partner at Scottish Water from 2018 to 2021. Caroline also worked as the Head of Internal Communications for the UKI region at DXC Technology in 2017 and held the position of Internal Communications Manager EMEA at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2012 to 2017. Caroline's early career included a role as an Internal Communications Manager at RBS from 2003 to 2012 and as a Consultant at Intagen in 2002.

Caroline Macdonald began their education in 1990 at Loughborough College, where they completed a HND in Business & Finance from 1990 to 1992. Caroline then pursued further education at Queen Margaret University from 1997 to 2000, earning a BA Hons in Retail Business. In 2009, Caroline Macdonald briefly attended Cranfield School of Management to study Black Belt Communications, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from this institution.
