Michael Gainor

Michael Gainor has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. Michael started as a student technician in the Saddleback Valley Unified School District in 2006. In 2007, they worked as a Graphics Artist/Jr. Software Engineer for Quality Systems Laboratories, where they created graphics, logos, and marketing demos. In 2008, they worked as a Product Flow Specialist at Circuit City and ensured that products were stocked and available on the store sales floor. From 2009 to 2014, Michael worked at Staples as a Tech Center Supervisor. In this role, they managed a retail technology department, met store sales quotas, and supervised a team of five PC technicians. Michael then worked at StatRad from 2014 to 2017, where they were an IT Support Specialist and provided 24/7/365 support for medical cloud-based solutions and assisted with ticket workflow, IT metrics, reporting, and analytics. In 2017, they started working at NucleusHealth as an IT Engineer and Night Supervisor. In this role, they oversaw team members' work, managed projects regarding changes to the company infrastructure, and ensured proper ticket flow.

Michael Gainor earned their high school diploma at El Toro High School from 2003 to 2007. Michael later attended Irvine Valley College from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Computer Information Management, but did not obtain a degree.
