Swati Patwardhan is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Nucleus Software, Swati has previously held significant roles at Optum, including Director of Early Careers and Talent Acquisition Project Management Office, where transformation initiatives were a key focus.
