Bradley Pederson

Bradley Pederson is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the manufacturing and recycling industries. Currently serving as the General Manager at Nucor Corporation since March 2023, Bradley focuses on fostering a safety-centric culture and building trust-based partnerships. Previously, Bradley held positions as Production Manager at Advantage Metals Recycling, Regional Operations Manager at a Nucor subsidiary, Vice President of Operations at Plastic Packaging Technologies, and Plant Director at Corbion. Bradley's background includes expertise in supply chain management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement, supported by a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and Purdue University, respectively, along with an MBA in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management.
