Kurt Maw

Kurt Maw has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1996 with International Equipment Co (IEC) as a Mechanical Engineer. Kurt then moved to Manta Product Development in 2000 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, followed by Proteus Design in 2004 as a Technical Engineering Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer. In 2007, they worked at Witches Cup Criterium as Race Director, and at Essential as an Engineering Practice Lead and Managing Consultant, and Principal Mechanical Engineer. In 2018, they became an Associate Coach at GC Coaching, and in 2019, they became an Independent Cycling and Multisport Coach, USAC L3, Pn1 at Comprehensive Racing Training Services. Most recently, they have been appointed as the Chief Technology Officer / Chief Operations Officer (CTO/COO) at NuFACE, starting in 2022.

Kurt Maw attended Boston University from 1992 to 1996 where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering.
