Vice President, Direct-to-Consumer at NuFACE

Marie Leroux has over 10 years of experience in customer relations, marketing, and sales. In 2009, they began their career as an Assistant Marketing Representative at Celtic Commercial Finance, a division of Fifth Third Bank. In 2010, they moved to Eight Horses as an Account Services Manager, where they were responsible for brand development and strategy, international product go-to-market, executive presentations and consulting, social media influencer program, team management, guerilla marketing, customer care development, direct mail campaigns, search engine optimization (SEO), account management, email strategy and development, website development, and competitive research. In 2012, they joined Experian Consumer Services as a CRM Program Manager, Expert - Loyalty & Retention: Product Go-To-Market, where they strategized direct-to-consumer lifecycle campaigns across email, push, SMS, direct mail, and customer care channels. In 2019, they were appointed Head of Customer Intelligence & CRM at DRUNK ELEPHANT, where they developed the inaugural data-driven communications and insights department. Currently, Marie is the Vice President, Direct-to-Consumer and Director of Client Experience at NuFACE, where they are leading and building a foundational retention team rooted in actionable customer advocacy across CRM (Lifecycle & Loyalty Marketing), Client Services, .com Optimization, and Mobile App product management groups.

Marie Leroux obtained a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University-Long Beach College of Business between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences and Business Administration from Cerritos College between 2006 and 2009. In December 2021, Marie also became Klaviyo Product Certified.
