Adam Watson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Adam started their career at The Home Office as a Supplier Engagement Officer, where they engaged with over 500 suppliers on various agendas and worked on the development of marketing collateral. Adam then worked at IMS Health as a Global Brand Executive, where they assisted in the development and roll-out of new global branding guidelines and managed local marketing operations. At AGA Performance, Adam served as a Project Coordinator, aiding in the design of HR training courses and managing the delivery of internal assessments for a major automobile client. Adam then joined Royal Mail, initially as a Channel Experience Manager and later as an International Project Manager, where they focused on driving traffic to product pages, improving conversion rates, and managing CEO-backed projects. Adam furthered their career at Parcelforce Worldwide as a Propositions & Pricing Manager, responsible for managing pricing and developing customer propositions. Adam then moved to Three UK, where they served as a Trading Manager and later as a Senior Trading Manager, overseeing the accessories and additional revenue departments. Most recently, Adam worked at Samsung Electronics as the European Strategy Manager, defining and implementing the commercial strategy for Samsung's TV business across online channels and leading the development of a comprehensive EU digital marketing strategy. Currently, Adam is employed as the Head of Commercial - Gyms at Nuffield Health.
Adam Watson attended the University of Bath from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration and Management. In 2012, they also studied at Queen's University for one year, earning another Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in the same field. Prior to their university education, Adam attended Steyning Grammar School from 2002 to 2009. In addition to their academic qualifications, Adam has obtained certifications including the CIM Level 6 Award from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2016 and the APM Project Management Qualification (IPMA Level D) from the Association for Project Management in 2015.
