Patrick K.

Patrick K. is currently the Co-President of the LUCFR scheme for the 2024/2025 academic year at East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust, where Patrick also volunteers as a Level 3 Community First Responder, gaining experience in prehospital emergency medicine. As Chief Academic Advisor for the Young Scientists Journal, Patrick leads an international team to ensure the scientific accuracy of published articles. Additionally, as Section Editor for The Cambridge Medicine Journal, Patrick oversees the publication process and collaborates on peer reviews. Patrick has been a Duty Manager at Nuffield Health since July 2018, managing staff and membership communications, while also serving as a Swimming Instructor and Lifeguard. Previously, Patrick created student Masterclasses for Edmaster focusing on the Medicine (MB ChB) course. Patrick is pursuing a degree in Medicine and Surgery (MB ChB) at the University of Leicester, expected to graduate in 2025.
