Susan Whitehead

Susan Whitehead has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Programme Manager at Eon IT, where they successfully implemented projects in the Credit Management and CRM areas. From 2012 to 2016, Susan worked at Rolls-Royce, first as a Local Ethics Advisor and then as a Customer and Services Programme Manager, leading a £22m programme to enhance customer and services applications. After that, they worked as an Agile (SAFe) Release Train Engineer at Experian Consumer Services, managing multiple Scrum teams and facilitating the release of a £10m product. Susan later worked at The Midcounties Co-operative, Boots UK, and Rolls-Royce again, taking up project management roles in various areas. In 2021, they joined Refinitiv, an LSEG business, as a Senior Technical Delivery Manager, and in 2022, they worked as a Programme Manager at Oxford University Press. In 2023, Susan took on the role of Programme Manager at Commify, where they delivered a £10.1m programme. Susan Whitehead holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Loughborough University, which they obtained from 1987 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computing in Business from The University of Huddersfield, graduating between 1981 and 1985.
