Isadora Nocchi Martins has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Isadora began their career as a Student Researcher at UFRGS, where they organised several events, such as music festivals, workshops, and academic conferences. Isadora then transitioned to a Music Teacher at Academia Compasso Musical in 2016. In 2019, they held two positions: a Student Assistant Engineer at Goldsmiths Music Studios and a Venue Technician at Goldsmiths Students' Union. In 2020, they worked as a Support and Test Manager at NUGEN Audio, a Support and Test Agent at NUGEN Audio, and a Studio Technician at Point Blank Music School. Additionally, they have worked as a Freelance Sound Engineer since 2017.
Isadora Nocchi Martins completed a Five Week Summer Performance Program at Berklee College of Music in 2013. Isadora then went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Music - Popular Music from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul between 2015 and 2018. In 2019, they began their MMus Creative Practice at Goldsmiths, University of London and is expected to complete it in 2021. Isadora also obtained a Foundations of Project Management Certification from Coursera in January 2023.
