Luca Demmel

Luca Demmel has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Luca started their career in 2014 at Sportlädchen GmbH as a Software Engineer. In 2017, they became a Software Engineer at Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland, real.digital, where they built a proof of concept for a realtime analytics solution and implemented features for a large e-commerce marketplace. In 2018, Luca founded their own company, Incudy GmbH, where they served as the Founder & CTO. Luca developed scalable digital projects, incubated tech startups, and built remote teams for software development projects. Since 2019, Luca has been working at Numa, initially as the Head of Software Engineering and currently as the VP Engineering.

Luca Demmel attended the European University of applied Sciences, Brühl, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Computer Science. Additionally, Luca also studied Computer Science at California State University, Long Beach.
