Silvia Richter

Silvia Richter has a diverse work experience that spans from 2016 to 2023. Silvia started their career as a Wissenschaftliche Assistentin at Universität Ulm, Institut für Epidemiologie und medizinische Biometrie from March 2016 to June 2017. Silvia then worked as a Werkstudentin at Bersabee GmbH from November 2018 to December 2019. From 2020 to 2023, they were at LightsOn Digital where they held various roles including Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach & Project Manager. Their responsibilities included requirements engineering, module and feature conceptualization, product backlog management, sprint preparation, and conducting Scrum events and workshops. Silvia also supported marketing activities during the company's brand relaunch. Silvia then joined Numbat.Energy in 2023 as an Agile Coach & Project Manager.
