Jennifer Salas

Jennifer Salas has had a diverse work experience in various roles and positions. Jennifer began their career in 2008 as a Marketing Coordinator at avVenta Worldwide, where they served as a Public Relations representative, coordinated events, and conducted research for the US marketing and sales teams. In 2010, they worked as a Recruiter Specialist at Aegis Communications, where they were responsible for recruiting candidates for call center positions and coordinating interviews with management. In 2011, they joined Fiserv as an IT Recruiter Specialist, where they recruited software engineers and IT professionals, created and published job ads, and prescreened and hired candidates for the company's Business Units. Also in 2011, they had a role as an Senior IT Recruiter at Prosoft Nearshore, where they focused on recruiting IT professionals and worked with a software development team in Costa Rica. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Technical Recruiter at number8, a role they assumed in January 2021. Prior to that, they were a Senior Technical Recruiter at the same company from July 2017 to April 2022.

Jennifer Salas obtained their High School Diploma from Colegio Maria Auxiliadora de Heredia in the years 1997-2001. Jennifer then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidad Autonoma Monterrey from 2006-2008. In 2002-2005, they studied Hotel Management at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. Currently, they are completing their second Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at Universidad Hispanoamericana (CR) starting from 2012.
